Rules and Requirements Governing Ticket Sales for the 2026 World Cup

1. In order to purchase a ticket, it is necessary to complete all identity information, including an active email address, name, surname, national ID number and mobile phone number. In the event of any error or discrepancy in the aforementioned information, Football Federation of Iran has no obligation or responsibility for issuing and receiving tickets to the buyer and using their privileges.
2. Individuals can purchase tickets individually or in groups.
3. Each person can choose tickets for themselves and their companions for each match when registering, and the person registering is considered the group leader.
4. The ticket price, equivalent to the rial rate approved by FIFA, plus 10% commission and 10% tax, is collected at the time of registration. The ticket price in rials is calculated based on the daily exchange rate of the US dollar.
5. Notification regarding the completion of the registration process, as well as confirmation of payment and final purchase of tickets will be made via SMS number 10009892, and any SMS sent from any other number in this regard is not approved by the Football Federation and may be for profit-seeking and illegal purposes.
6. Fans of the Islamic Republic of Iran football national team can purchase tickets for the national team’s matches in the World Cup through the Football Federation’s tickets.ffiri.ir platform. It is also possible to purchase from the website of the International Federation of Football Associations (FIFA).
7. Considering the payment limitation of the Internet portal approved by the Central Bank, tickets will be allocated to buyers only after full settlement based on the schedule stated in the ticket sales system panel.
8. The Football Federation is solely responsible for the sale of tickets received as FIFA’s quota for these competitions and is not responsible for the manner and process of buyers’ attendance at the World Cup, including issuing visas, flight tickets, and accommodation in the host countries. If the buyer cancels their participation in the World Cup for reasons attributable to the buyer, the ticket price will not be refunded.
9. In the event of any event occurring to the buyer (group leader/subgroup) that results in the inability to use the ticket for any of them, Football Federation of Iran will not be held liable and it is reiterated that none of the tickets sold are refundable. All responsibilities are the responsibility of the buyer.
